Our neighbouring Local Environmental Centre - Biodiversity Information Service for Powys & Brecon Beacons National Park - is looking for a Biodiversity and GIS Data Officer with the skills to manage and enhance their dataholding and to carry out spatial analysis to make the data they hold go further.
This is a full-time permanent role (part-time working would be considered) giving the opportunity to work in a well-established and forward thinking Local Environmental Records Centre as part of a network of four Welsh record centres.
Conwy are looking for an Assistant Country Park Warden to compliment their Open Spaces Section.
The role will assist in the management and conservation of the natural and archaeological heritage of the Great Orme Country Park and Local Nature Reserve, in the promotion of the sustainable enjoyable an understanding of these features by the public.

There are still some squares left that have not yet been 'adopted' for 2024, and they'd love to hear from anyone who might be interested in taking this on.

Green Infrastructure Project Officer Wrexham CBC

Wrexham County Borough Council are looking to appoint a Green Infrastructure project officers to work on biodiversity and nature based projects around the County Borough. The posts are funded through the Welsh Government’s Local Places for Nature funding and form part of our Local Nature Partnership. This work seeks to improve biodiversity across Wrexham, and we are looking for people who have skills, experience and passion to deliver projects that will make this ambition a reality.
